Pocket Lie is an independent mobile application developed by Pocket Lie Golf LLC. Contact: info@pocketlie.com
2. What Data We Collect
Pocket Lie does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data is stored locally on your device only, including: your handedness preference, language preference, display mode preference, favorited tips, recently viewed tips, and Pro unlock status. No account registration is required. No data ever leaves your device.
3. Payments
Pro unlock purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple and Google's respective privacy policies govern payment data.
4. Third-Party Services
Pocket Lie does not integrate any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No third-party services receive your data.
5. Children's Privacy
Pocket Lie does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (US), under 16 (EU), or under 14 (Korea).
6. EU / GDPR Users
Because all data is stored exclusively on your local device and never transmitted, Pocket Lie does not act as a data controller or processor under GDPR for app usage data. Your local device storage is under your own control. You may clear all app data at any time by deleting the app.
7. Korea / PIPA Users

9. Data Deletion
To delete all locally stored data, simply delete the app from your device. There is no account to close and no server-side data to request deletion of.
10. Changes to This Policy
If we introduce features that collect data (such as cloud sync or AI features), this policy will be updated and users will be notified in the app before any such feature is enabled.
