Terms of Service — Pocket Lie

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Pocket Lie, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
Pocket Lie grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the app.
3. Pro Unlock — One-Time Purchase
The Pro upgrade is a one-time lifetime license for the purchasing account. It is non-transferable between devices outside of standard App Store / Play Store restore mechanisms. Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies. We do not issue refunds directly.
4. Golf Advice Disclaimer
All tips, setups, and recommendations in Pocket Lie are general educational guidance only. They are not a substitute for professional golf instruction. Course conditions, individual physical limitations, and skill level vary. Pocket Lie and its developer are not liable for any injury, scorecard damage, or loss arising from reliance on in-app content.
5. Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure tip accuracy but do not warrant that all content is error-free or suitable for every situation. Golf rules referenced reflect general play; always defer to your local club rules and the current official Rules of Golf.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in Pocket Lie is owned by Pocket Lie Golf LLC. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. EU users retain any mandatory consumer rights provided under local law. Korean users retain rights under Korean Consumer Protection law. Japanese users retain rights under the Japanese Consumer Contract Act.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
